• The Poly Voice OS 9.1.1.0258 firmware for Trio C60 and CCX400/500/505/600/700 devices will be deprecated on 2026-08-31.
• The Poly Voice OS 8.3.0.15436 firmware for Edge E100/220/300/320/350/400/450/500/550 devices will be deprecated on 2026-08-31.
• Cross-account phone number transfer requires numbers to be unassigned; native numbers also require a valid business address in the destination account.
• Advanced multi-party conference merging is supported on Poly Edge E models and must be enabled by Zoom.
• Enhanced KYC is required for most new mobile number activations in the expanded countries.
