• Improved emergency location management with shared ELIN support and enhanced search capabilities.
• Fax support in the Zoom Phone widget for Smart Embed and selected CRM integrations.
• HubSpot activity compatibility with Auto Dialer Notes.
• Assign to and Related To support for unknown inbound calls in the HubSpot integration.

• On Poly Edge E devices, edited call forwarding numbers may not update on some lines.
• If one line on a Poly Edge E device uses call forwarding sync, all lines lose call forwarding no answer/busy options.
• In a two-executive/one-assistant scenario, the server may incorrectly show forward status to an executive who did not enable call forward sync.

• Call anonymization can be applied to dashboard views and also blocks caller data exposure through APIs and webhooks.
• For AI Call Summary on IP phones, the DTMF code can be changed at the account level if the default conflicts with existing codes.
• Poly Edge E call forwarding sync disables local forwarding options other than Always forward; only the primary line remains editable when multiple DIDs are configured.
• AudioCodes devices upgrade to firmware version 7.40A.604.077 (LTS) via manual upgrade only.
• Yealink devices upgrade to firmware version 180.87.3.3.
• Shared ELIN support applies to US and Canadian sites, and Phone Super Admins can manage emergency alerts and notifications without extra system management permissions.
• The HubSpot Related To option is off by default.
• Fax events for the Zoom Phone widget in Smart Embed are noted as coming soon.
