  • Admins should review and adjust settings before Sep 21, 2026 to avoid changes affecting end users.
  • End users can override the admin default in Meet user settings after the rollout begins.
  • Organizations in the Gemini Alpha program should verify current settings because prior testing may have left the option enabled.
