Synology DSM Update Version 7.3.2-86009

DSM 7.3.2-86009 (2025-12-02) fixes backup restore, licensing, authentication, File Station, notification, and UPnP playback issues. It also includes a security vulnerability fix and is being released in a staged rollout.

• Fixed authentication issues in OAuth Service, including Approve sign-in and FIDO2 hardware security keys before authorization.
• Fixed SSO client authentication failures when using C2 Identity as the identity provider with the SAML protocol.

• Fixed backup files containing encrypted volumes that might not restore properly to DSM 7.3.
• Fixed cases where users might need to re-enter license keys after updating to DSM 7.3 in system migration or SHA-enabled environments.
• Fixed an issue where DSM might fail to send files from File Station as attachments when accounts were configured through Outlook.
• Fixed incorrect notification profiles after restoring from configuration backup files.
• Fixed certain UPnP renderers failing to play MP3 files after updating to DSM 7.3.

• After installing this update, you cannot downgrade to a previous DSM version.
• This update will restart your Synology NAS.
