Shure IntelliMix® Room Update Version 6.8.10

IntelliMix Room 6.8.10 adds APX logic follower support, Windows 25H2 compatibility, tray-based update notifications, and improved installer feedback for firewall configuration.

• Added logic follower mode support for APX devices routed to IntelliMix Room, providing logic signaling and mute synchronization behavior similar to MXA microphones.
• Update-available notifications now appear through the tray app instead of popups; the tray icon and hover text indicate when updates are available.
• Added installer feedback when firewall rules are not applied successfully.
• Added support for the Windows 25H2 operating system.

• "Room setup" and "Activate/Deactivate" may report "IntelliMix Room not found" if the included System API service is corrupted. Rerun the installer, or contact Shure application support if active licenses prevent this.
• Late Dante packets with audio encryption may cause crackling on Dante inputs.
• Installation may fail when the installer cannot establish IntelliMix Room firewall rules.
• Claiming by an incorrect MAC address, such as the License NIC MAC instead of the Control NIC MAC, may leave the device stuck in a pending state.
• Allowing the computer to sleep can affect logic and mute synchronization. Restart the computer and disable sleep as a workaround.
• IntelliMix Room may appear as "Dante Locked" in some Dante Domain Manager scenarios despite device permissions. Unenroll and reenroll IntelliMix Room as a workaround.

• Install Shure Designer on a separate computer; Shure does not support installing Designer and IntelliMix Room on the same computer.
• Use the most recent Designer version. IntelliMix Room 6.5 is incompatible with Designer versions earlier than 6.2.
• For full System API functionality, use the latest System API Standalone. Do not install System API Standalone and IntelliMix Room on the same system.
• When claiming by serial number or MAC address, use the Control NIC MAC and the serial number shown under IntelliMix Room Properties > About.
• Recommended compatible software and firmware include Designer 6.8.0, MXA920 6.8.0, MXA901 6.8.0, MXA902 6.8.0, MXN-AMP 6.8.0, MXN5-C V3 6.8.0, MXN-6 6.8.0, MXWN 6.8.0, P300 6.8.0, and the other versions listed in the release notes.
