OpenAI ChatGPT Update

Codex is now in preview in the ChatGPT mobile app, letting users continue active work from a phone while Codex runs on a connected Mac host. The rollout covers iOS and Android across all plans in supported regions.

• Start or continue Codex threads from the ChatGPT mobile app.
• Approve actions, review findings, and switch between connected hosts from mobile.
• Live context from the host includes project context, approvals, plugins, screenshots, terminal output, diffs, and test results.

• Update both the ChatGPT mobile app and the Codex app on macOS to use this feature.
• Setup starts in the Codex app on the host and continues in ChatGPT after scanning a QR code.
• The Mac host must remain awake, online, and running Codex for remote access to continue.
• Currently supported only when connecting a phone to Codex running on macOS.
