April 10, 2026 release adds Copilot help for writing and revising emails in chat, background email sync even when Outlook is closed, and undo for pin and unpin actions.

• Outlook can sync email in the background even when the app is closed.
• You can undo pin and unpin actions on emails.

• To disable background sync, go to Settings > General > Offline and turn off the option.
