• Copilot Chat in Outlook expands to reason over inbox, calendar, meetings, and other enterprise data already available to the user.

• Create PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets directly from Copilot Notebooks.

• MAI-Image-2-Efficient is available in Copilot in PowerPoint for faster image generation.
• Copilot Chat can apply brand kits and style controls to visual creations.
• Word Audio Overview supports real-time voice interactions.
• Copilot Highlights in Viva Glint provides AI-generated survey insights with multilingual summaries.
• Copilot Analytics adds an all-licensed user adoption view with license filtering.

• To enable watermarks for video and audio, use the Cloud Policy setting Include a watermark when content from Microsoft 365 is generated or altered by AI and set it to Enabled.
• Watermarks for images are controlled by users in Settings & Privacy > Privacy > Data options at myaccount.microsoft.com.
• Copilot Notebooks are now available in OneNote on the web, iPhone, and iPad.
• Open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files directly inside Copilot Chat on supported platforms; this is not available in the mobile app or in Copilot within Edge, Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
• SharePoint document library or folder queries can use column metadata when a library or folder URL is attached or provided.
• Copilot in PowerPoint can reference Teams meetings, chats, and existing presentations while respecting file permissions and access controls.
• The Employee Self-Service agent landing page can be customized with CSV templates for accent colors, prompt categories, and quick links.
