Google Gemini Update

Gemini App now lets users create formatted files directly from chat prompts, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs, and common export formats. Available now for Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains.

• Generate one file per prompt directly in Gemini chats.
• Supported formats include Google Workspace files, PDF, .docx, .xlsx, .csv, .tex, .txt, .rtf, and .md.

• There is no admin control for this feature.
• End users of all ages with access to the Gemini app can generate files.
• Available to Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and signed-in personal Google accounts.
