Google Cloud Update Version v1.15.7

Apigee hybrid v1.15.7 includes a new runtime rollout strategy configuration and various security and CVE fixes. This patch release updates Helm chart-managed container images automatically during upgrade.

• Memorystore for Valkey: custom organization policies are now Generally Available.
• Security Command Center: organizations in the data residency Preview can update data residency and data encryption configuration.
• Security Command Center: Agent Platform Vulnerability Assessment scans customer-deployed Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform containers for plaintext secrets in Preview.

• This is a patch release; upgrading via the Helm chart automatically updates container images, and manual image changes are typically not needed.

• Starting on Aug 1, 2026, Private Service Connect connection reconciliation is enabled by default for new or cloned Cloud SQL instances and cannot be disabled.
