DataDog DataDog Update Version 7.83.1

Datadog Agent 7.83.1 (c26d8b7) includes billing and container image SBOM scan fixes, plus Cluster Agent leader-election shutdown improvements. It also adds DDOT process state reporting to Datadog and `datadog-installer status`.

• Fix a bug that caused the fast network path test to be billed to the customer.
• Release the containerd view snapshot and lease used for a container image SBOM scan even when the scan is cancelled or times out.
• Fix Cluster Agent graceful shutdown so it releases the Kubernetes leader-election lock before exiting, allowing another replica to take over without waiting for lease expiration.

• The fleet installer daemon now reports DDOT (OpenTelemetry Collector) process state as part of the agent state sent to Datadog.
• DDOT process state is now visible in datadog-installer status.

• Core Checks changes are available in the 7.83.1 tag on integrations-core.
• DDOT state is read from the process manager when it supervises DDOT, and from systemd or the Windows service manager otherwise.
