Cisco RoomOS 26 Update Version RoomOS 26.8.1.3

RoomOS 26.8.1.3 adds sensor data enhancements, pinch-to-zoom on touch devices, live annotation on Cisco Desk and Desk Mini, and 4K content sharing at 30 fps. It also introduces end-to-end encrypted 1:1 Webex Calls and increases 1080p60 main video bitrate.

• Adds support for end-to-end encrypted 1:1 Webex Calls on supported RoomOS devices; administrators must enable it in Control Hub.

• Fixes meeting and audio/video issues including missing Group and Speaker reporting, blank left display on dual-screen devices, video on hold not showing, intermittent input source switching, and video degradation during calls.
• Fixes camera and tracking issues such as unresponsive brightness control in PresenterTracking mode, incorrect default behavior after Zoom App Experience meetings, cross-view overview lens not restoring, intermittent focusing problems, low-light color tint, and intermittent camera disconnects.
• Fixes device stability and UI issues including crashes with simultaneous interpretation misconfiguration, standby not entering from halfwake, unresponsive Room Navigators, remote access option unavailable, malformed calendar URLs, and web interface HTTP 500/504 errors.
• Fixes Bluetooth and pairing issues including missing device name on Mac laptops and Bluetooth discovery not working on Board Pro.

• Outside Room Navigators now report environmental metrics such as temperature and humidity through a dedicated xAPI node.
• Supports xAPI override from external sensors, macros, or workspace integrations to display occupancy status on standalone panels for rooms without video devices.
• Adds pinch-to-zoom and pan gestures for shared content on touch devices; disabled during immersive sharing.
• Adds live annotation support for Cisco Desk and Desk Mini.
• Adds 4K content sharing at 30 fps, initially for device-to-device meetings.
• Increases main video bitrate for 1080p60 from 6 Mbps to 12 Mbps.

• End-to-end encrypted 1:1 Webex Calls must be enabled by an administrator in Control Hub.
• 4K content sharing is initially available only for device-to-device meetings and adapts resolution and frame rate based on content and network bandwidth.
