Atlassian Service Management Update Version 11.3.8

Jira Software 11.3.8 resolves several bugs in DVCS Connector, issue view workflow errors, reindexing, user picker behavior, and automation comments. It also includes fixes for Jira Software Server/Data Center issues such as JSWSERVER-26809 and JRASERVER-79420.

• DVCS Connector no longer silently drops pull requests when Bitbucket Cloud returns a short non-final page from /pullrequests/activity.
• Fixed a StackOverflow error that could occur when DVCS refreshes tokens.
• Corrected DVCS triggers executing on behalf of the wrong user in a specific case.
• Improved issue view workflow error messages so they are easier to locate.
• Fixed InvalidDocumentFieldException during reindexing or issue operations in Jira Data Center.
• User picker custom fields now work correctly when the horizontal scroll bar appears.
• Automation rule comment handling no longer blocks non-duplicated comments when preventing duplicates.
