- Claude uses the organization's existing Salesforce permissions and reads only what the user is allowed to access.
- By default, Claude asks the user to approve each proposed change before writing it back to Salesforce.

- Morning and Friday sales briefs that summarize meetings, closing deals, at-risk opportunities, and unread threads.
- Interactive pipeline dashboard with stage coverage, slip risk analysis, account drill-downs, and shareable forecasts.
- Setup skill that identifies tools and connectors and creates a role-specific Claude Artifact.
