Anthropic Claude Update

Claude Enterprise adds smart reports (beta) to analyze team usage, cost, friction, and reusable work patterns. Reports can be scoped by team or SCIM attributes, shared with users, and exported with drilldowns.

• Adds report scoping by team, group, department, or cost center, including SCIM-based filtering.
• Supports sharing reports with individual users and optionally revealing attributed session details.
• Allows report exports as HTML with drilldowns intact.
• Includes templates and custom questions to steer report analysis.

• Smart reports are unavailable for organizations using customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK), HIPAA configurations, or Access Transparency.
• Smart reports are unavailable for Claude Code in Claude Enterprise organizations that use zero data retention.
• During beta, each organization can run up to 10 reports per month for free.

• Enable via Organization settings > Capabilities > Analytics by turning on the Smart reports (beta) toggle.
• Optional org-level Allow attribution to individual users controls whether viewers can reveal member names and session IDs; unveils are logged.
• Generating a report takes a few hours, and an email is sent when it is ready.
• Admins can archive a report before deleting it.
• Smart reports are available only to Primary Owners, Owners, Admins, and custom roles with analytics view access.
