Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRoW) Update Version 5.6.135.0

5.6.135.0 (5/27/2026) adds Miracast support, room health banners, enhanced issue detection with auto-remediation, and default front-of-room resolution scaling enforcement. It also fixes Whiteboard meeting join settings and a touch console freeze in breakout rooms.

• Fixed an issue where Coordinated meeting join audio and video settings were not applied correctly in Whiteboard meetings.
• Fixed an issue where the touch console would freeze after entering or leaving a breakout room.

• Miracast support for wireless screen sharing on all-in-one touch boards running Windows, alongside Teams Cast and HDMI ingest.
• Room health signal banners on the front-of-room display and console when critical issues affect room functionality.
• Enhanced issue detection in Teams Rooms on Windows with auto-remediation through Teams Rooms Pro Management.
• Default enforcement of front-of-room resolution and display scaling based on display resolution.

• Resolution and scaling should be configured only through Pro Management Portal settings or XML to avoid custom settings being overridden.
• The configuration script still works, but settings outside expected parameters may be overridden after this update.
• Teams Rooms on Windows devices with a console will support Miracast in a future client release.
