Security

  • Extend DLP for Copilot grounding in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to local files so Copilot is blocked from processing the currently open file regardless of storage location.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where some add-ins did not display a banner/info bar when an external recipient was added to an outgoing email in Outlook.
  • Resolved an issue where users could not close the Copilot chat pane using a keyboard in Outlook.
  • When drafting with Copilot in Word, the Copilot chat pane now opens with the user's prompt.

New Features

  • DLP for Copilot grounding now applies to the currently open file in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint even when the file is stored locally.
