Logitech Tap IP Update Version CollabOS 2.0 (2.0.86)

CollabOS 2.0 (2.0.86) updates devices to Android 12, adds Spot support, and improves Microsoft Teams Rooms partial configuration profiles. It also includes app version updates and a fix for LLDP TTL network log flapping.
