Update Summary

CollabOS 1.15 (1.15.100) released on 2025-08-26 adds Dual Sight beta support, Google Meet on Android certification for Sight, and RightSight 2 camera modes for Google Meet. It also improves RightSound 2 audio processing and fixes several device and Sync Portal issues.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where Room Occupancy could change from Off to Always on during a meeting.
  • Fixed an issue where a device could unexpectedly disconnect from Sync Portal.
  • Fixed an issue where Sight devices were not recognized in CollabOS or Sync after a reboot was initiated from the Sync Portal.

New Features

  • Introduced Dual Sight Support (Beta), allowing up to two Sight devices to be connected for broader video and audio coverage in larger meeting rooms.
  • Sight is now certified for Google Meet on Android.
  • Added support for using any of the three RightSight 2 camera modes (Speaker View, Group View, and Grid View) as the manufacturing framing mode in Google Meet.

Known Issues

  • Dual Sight daisy chain is not yet supported with Google Meet.

  • Dual Sight is a beta feature and is intended to expand coverage in larger meeting rooms.
  • Google Meet on Android support does not currently include Dual Sight daisy chaining.
  • Admins can configure RightSight 2 camera modes for Google Meet manufacturing framing.
