Google Cloud Update Version 572.0.0 (2026-06-09)

Cloud SDK 572.0.0 (2026-06-09) updates gcloud across Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Network Security, and other services. It also includes a Compute Engine security fix for CVE-2025-10263 and multiple feature additions and bug fixes.

• Compute Engine addressed CVE-2025-10263, a vulnerability involving bypass of translation stages or GPT protections in some Arm core families.

• Fixed gcloud ai endpoints deploy-model to honor --machine-type for Gemini on GDC connected deployments.
• Updated the Java SDK to version 5.0.3 and fixed an issue from the App Engine Java Standard project.

• In-cluster Cloud Service Mesh 1.26 is no longer supported.

• Cloud Service Mesh 1.29.4-asm.0 includes Istio 1.29.4 features subject to supported-feature limitations and uses Envoy v1.37.4-dev.
