7.78.1 Agent and Datadog Cluster Agent release on 2026-04-23. It upgrades embedded Python to 3.13.13 and Go to 1.25.9, and fixes macOS package signing, SELinux policy loading on RHEL 7, manifest-less integrations, and a Cluster Agent APM injection issue.
