Cisco RoomOS 11 Update Version RoomOS 11.38.1.1

RoomOS 11.38.1.1, released May 6, 2026, adds support for joining Webex Webinars with up to 5000 attendees on Cisco devices. It also includes fixes for audio/video loss, sharing, proxy, DNS, and meeting-join issues.

• For large webinars, panelists see all panelists and only see attendees when they raise their hand or are unmuted.
• For webinars with up to 1000 attendees, panelists can see all attendees in the participant list on the device.
