Cisco RoomOS 26 Update Version RoomOS 26.4.1.6

RoomOS 26.4.1.6 and 26.4.1.4 add cross-view with moving PTZ cameras, video exclusion zones, richer whiteboard text, Miracast improvements, closed caption customization, and Settings menu locking. The release also fixes meeting join, camera, audio, HDCP, and device detection issues.

• Fixed annotation on shared content in Webex App on macOS for some resolutions.

• Video exclusion zones to prevent cameras from tracking screens or other unwanted areas.
• Arrow pointer support on live annotations for supported Webex Suite Meeting Platform meetings.
• Richer text formatting on new whiteboards, including bold, italics, and bullet points.
• Miracast sharing improvements with 4K resolution support out of call and optional 5 GHz channel support.
• Closed caption customization with small, medium, or large font sizes and light or dark appearance.
• Settings menu option to lock the About this device page.
• License handling update so standalone Room Navigators in the same workspace as a video device are not counted toward a device license.

• Video exclusion zones are supported on Room Bar, Room Bar Pro, and Quad Camera on Room Kit EQ, Room Kit EQX, and Room Kit Pro.
• Arrow pointer on live annotations is available on all 8GB devices where live annotation is supported.
• New richer text is only available on newly created whiteboards, not when reopening existing ones.
• Miracast 4K resolution is currently supported only out of call.
• Miracast defaults to 2.4 GHz; 5 GHz must be selected explicitly.
• To lock the About this device menu, set UserInterface SettingsMenu Pages About Mode to Locked.
