Security

  • On-premises recording on Video Mesh keeps recorded content within the customer's data centers for improved data control.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Webex call media disconnect failure when using an HTTP proxy.
  • Fixed poor video quality for calls escalated to an ad-hoc conference using Unified CM MRGL to a CMS.
  • Fixed incorrect cropping caused by wrong lens calibration data on recently manufactured Quad Camera units.
  • Fixed auto-share failure after a WebRTC call.
  • Fixed Room Navigator not showing the list of available codecs before remote pairing.
  • Fixed a diagnostic warning for SmtpServiceConfiguration that appeared and did not clear.

Hints

  • 21:9 output is supported only on Room Series devices and only as a single screen, not combined with another 16:9 or 21:9 screen.
  • Cabled share defaults to 16:9 for compatibility, but 21:9 can be configured for connected laptops.
  • Autolower a raised hand is available on Webex Meetings, Webinars, and CMS calls.
  • Active meeting timeout is configured in Control Hub and defaults to 5 minutes.
